I have tried college and can't seem to get good grades, probably cause I'm too lazy and not that smart. Why are circut breakers in home electrical panel getting warm?

I'm only drawing a load of about 100-200 watts on 20 amp circut breakers. Yet each time I try to switch to a new breaker that one gets warm. Any ideas, my electrician friend is stumped. It get like mildly warm, not hot. Like the keyboard/palm area of a laptop. He's telling me that I'm just worrying too much and that the breaker will trip if anything bad happens. How long can the panel go on at this rate without having problems?

What is required to eliminate electric from office wall?

I am wondering what is required to completely remove electric service from an office wall that is being removed. This is in Illinois and am wondering if a licensed electrician needs to perform this type of work and if a permit/ inspection would be involved. On many houses (and businesses), the wall outlet has the ground BELOW the hot and neutral. However, on some houses (and some businesses) the outlet is installed upside down. On these, the ground is ABOVE the hot and the neutral. This forces you to plug things in upside down. I know this may seem trivial and both will work, but there has to be a reason, unless there are a whole bunch of dyslexic electricians and the city inspectors also have dyslexia. The same risk of electrocution exists when an automatic fire sprinkler system activates. I'm wondering if anyone has ever disconnected power to a building when the sprinkler system kicks in? It would be quite easy (but expensive) to do this by using a shunt-trip main breaker. Any thoughts?
