What areas in Canada apart from Vancouver area and Victoria is the warmest all year round?

Im (social worker) thinking of moving to Canada with my husband (electrician) and can see that Vancouver and Victoria are the best places to live in Canada which is warm and doesn't get too cold and snowy in winter. Are there any other areas that would suit our work and have low cost properties that have a good warm summer and a fairly mild winter? Any info or advice would be appreciated. Thanks Nicola
