How do i become a CLASS A or B ELECTRICIAN in AUSTRALIA?

i am an electrician who is considering immigration to australia. i have heard there are 2 class' there CLASS A and CLASS B. does anyone know how i can upgrade if so to any of these class' within the SCOTLAND region ???
