i am an electrician, looking to start up my own buissness, how do i go about it?

i am a qualified electrician to 17th edition, i am looking to start my own buissness, but have no idea how to go about it. what other qualifications do i need? part p? 2391 inspection and testing? any infomation will be much appreciated!
