I had an electrician quote me $1512 to install 3 ceiling fan fixtures and have them routed to the light switches in the rooms. Not installing fans but just the fixtures. This seems high to me and I was hoping for some other opinions. The property is a 2nd floor condo unit (top unit) with ample space to maneuver above the ceiling. The electrician stated he would be doing 3 circuit extensions including hardware. This also included rewiring of the current electrical wall-outlets that the light switches are currently hooked up to. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
