What type of contractor do you hire to install a vent in a bathroom?

I just moved into a really old house and none of the bathrooms have vents. the paint is starting to peel in the bathroom that we shower in and I'd like get vents installed (even though the room has a window that we crack). Who would I hire to do this? An electrician?? Any help would be much appreciated!
