how much will it cost to upgrade the circuit breaker from 100 to 200?

I have a AC uses 30 amps, and now I want 40amp for an electric range. with all other elelctric necessities, I guess I need to upgrade to 150 or 200. Can some one tell me how much will it cost for a certified electrician to do the job?
