How much effort and cost would it take to move my washer and dryer directly below from where it is now?

My washer and dryer are located on my main level. I want to move them directly below to my basement from where they are now. What all is involved and how much would it cost to have them moved? I have an electrician that can do that part for free but I don't know anything about the pluming.
