I have one of the old blue lights (mercury or florecent I guess) on the side of my house. Recently it has been staying on all day and night. It's connected to the second story of my house. Do I need to get a new bulb? Could it be a wiring problem? Would calling an electrician be a good idea or should I call someone else? I don't know how old the light is but I'm gonna guess at least 15 years.
