In need of a good electrician that wont rip me off?

I live in Richmond Hill, NY and I recently had a newborn. Now the problem is the breaker goes out and also one of the outlets in the house does not work. I only have one outlet that works in one room and the other outlet nothing. And the owner wont get it fixed. I need to know prices and estimates. Hopefully they wont be expensive being in NY. @.@ Any suggestions and input is appreciated. Thank you.
