I have a really old house. And lately my Electrical bill has been high. Which I don't think isn't cause for much concern because of the amount of people and computers we have here. However we have notices that the lights and appliances flicker a little when things turn on. Example; refrigerator, microwaves. We want to stop this from happening as well as see how we can lower our bill. Can you help?
