I have a 97 Mitsubishi mirage with 74k miles on it and it needs to warm up when i turn it on while its raining. Also, the radio doesn't work when it rains. I'm pretty sure it is an electrical problem. Does anyone know if this is a wiring/fuse issue, and if so, how much it may cost to fix?
