Out on strike - thousands of public sector staff walk out over changes to their pensions. In a surprise move prison Officers today joined strike action as thousands of workers walked out across the country. Unions are protesting at government reforms which they say will see them work longer, pay more but get less from their public sector pensions. More action is already being planned but the government say they're not backing down. Helicopter rescue - fourteen people escape unhurt after a Super Puma ditches in the North Sea.
