Help! I have an electrician installing the recessed lighting, but I'm afraid it's going to be the wrong type. I want to use 4" lights, but what type of bulb should I go for? I don't want it sticking out, and energy efficient is a plus. My kitchen is pretty small. Please be specific: halogen, florescent, etc... and bulb size: mr16, r20, etc.. Thanks in advance.
