what electrical cable and junction boxes etc do i need to wire up the shed with Electric?

Im planning on wiring up my shed with electric. I want to be able to run a strip light, and have 2 plug sockets. All the actuall wiring will be done my an electrician, but i want to buy all the items and dig the trench myself to help keep costs down. The distance from house to shed is approx, 25/30 meters, more acurate measurements will be taken. Can someone please list what i will need, Thank you
