How to make a network between an elavator cab and control room with untwisted cable?

In one of our projects we have found electrician used 2 pairs (4 wires) cable for network in an elavaor cabin and elavator control room.The cable is almost 110 meters and my question is how we can make a network connection with this cable. There is no way to replace the cable. Any idea is welcomed. Thanks we dont have any sort of access to the cable in the middle.
