How scary of an electric bill with baseboard heat in uberly small house?

We just bought a 780 sq ft house with NO heat source. Electrician recommended high efficiency baseboards, 240 volts, one 8ft 2000 watt and four 4ft 1000 watt. One in each major room. Brand new insulation in walls and ceiling.
