I bought a new stove which will be delivered in a couple weeks. In the meantime I need to have an electrician install a 220V outlet. I just want to make sure the plug on the stove will match the outlet the electrician installs. I'm in Massachusetts. I'd imagine it's standard but I don't want any surprises. Thanks. I was told that all residential stoves now have plugs and new models are no longer hard wired. Was I misinformed?
