do you need to have an electrician do it? and does it run off the main power line or an indoor fuse. I'm not real clear on the ins and outs of electricity. The electricity in my house is strange..certain outlets make fuses blow and I was wondering if an outdoor socket would blow indoor fuses. Thanks I'm not going to install it- I'm considering having my brother do it..if its safe
