Can you do all of the construction yourself if you own a business?

I am planning on starting my own business. A concert lounge to be exact. I have over 10 years experience in various construction work. However, I am not a licensed contractor. I was wondering if I could do all of my own carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. I understand I would have to have everything up to code. I was just wondering if I would need to hire a licensed electrician and plumber or if I could just handle everything myself! Thanks in advance!
