The property I am looking at has wires that are double tapped. This is against code so if I buy the place, I want the sellers to make sure it is up to par! If by chance they decide not to and give me a credit, etc, what is the going rate for an electrician in CT? There are 4 that are like this and there are 4 slots for new ones. How much would they cost me to buy and how much to have the work done? I just want to get a ball park, thanks!
