were can i find a job if i have no experience to be an electrician?

I am 17 years old and want to earn experience to be an electrician. I live in chicago,IL. After I graduate from high school I want to go to a school for electricans that work for the union. But before i go to the school i want to earn electrician experience. So were can I go?
