Recently, I no longer have power going to my out building, What will an electrician do?

to fix this? Is this something I could check first? I am not positive which switch on the circuit breaker goes to the out building, but I cut them all off & back on again & still no power. What else can I do to try & save a $95 fee to have an electrician look at it (+ whatever cost there is involved with actually repairing it).
