I am a 16th edition electrician and would like to work in France?

what would be the likelihood of me getting work over there? obviously the langauge is a problem, im trying to learn that just now, but is there anything else i would need, eg another trade test?, an unwillingness for "outsiders", any advice or experiance would be much appreciated
