In this video i'm explaining how to use various types of electrical testing devices and the basic functions of them. As with anything electrical, a great deal of safety is involved, and if you do not know the safety rules / guidelines involved in electrical/electronic work you should not attempt to anything electrical without learning them. this video is for educational purposes.
