I am selling my home and the inspector wants the bedroom upgraded to AFCI? I don't know much but someone told me the entire house would need to be rewired costing >$1000. I have ungrounded outlets -- 2 wires one black and one white -- no green ground wire. I will have an electrician do it but curious about cost before I tell buyer okay to the fix.
