Purchase the ruler at ebay by searching for "the offset ruler" There are two types of rulers. This offset ruler is used to bend three point saddle offsets, in both 45 and 22 degrees on center bend. It saves time, eliminates wasted pipe, and is great for apprentices, or the "groundman" bending pipe for an electrician on a lift. Bend pipe the right way, on the first try.
