Who knows of an industrial electrician that can help me rewire my 480V vert. mill to 220V three phase?

I'm in Orange County, California. I'lll talk to anyone who is in the county that's versed in machine tool electrics. I will use a rotary converter with it to run it out of my garage. Thanks.
