Bring electrician tools to Sydney?

My employer in Sydney wants me bring my own tools in the performance of my daily tasks. These include screw drivers, wrenches/spanners, drill, pliers, etc.. etc..I guess more than twenty items in the list. Is this possible/allowed in the airports?
