how would i go about getting the appropriate electrician training?

i have 20 + yrs exp hands on in 2 companies doing all conduit and wiring - connecting panels and transformers but am stuck in these small shops and realize the work i am doing i could be making more money worth the time - now a days need more than hands on experience - need it on paper such as certificate to get into journey men ect.
