What percentage should I charge a licenced electrician to market his services and schedual his appointments?

I would be finding customers,handling his scheduling, and provide business cards, flyers ect. I would like to know if I should charge him a percentage of the final bill per customer, if so how much, or should I just charge him a per appointment fee? Thanks :)
