How to make an electrical quiz board with separate bulbs for right and wrong answers?

I do know how to make an electrical quiz board with just one bulb. But now I have to make one in which the red bulb glows for the wrong answer and the green for the right. Can anyone plsssssssss show me how to make one. Thx in advance
