How Much does it cost for an electrician to wire a new ceiling fan?

Hi - can anyone give me an estimate on how much it would cost to wire a new ceiling fan in my living room. There is no existing electrical outlet so he'd have to put a hole in the ceiling and run a new wire - thanks!
