Who is responsible for the electrical connection coming from light pole to the house?

We have recently bought a home. The electrical line from the house to the light pole is disconnected. I would like to know who is responsible for the connection? Is this something that the light company does or would we have to hire an electrician? If so about how much do you think this is going to cost? We live in Omaha, Nebraska.
