Is there a electrician that knows how to fix our problem?

Any electrician in Indiana know how to find and fix 'objectionable current'? Have a dedicated circuit to a new electronic air cleaner. Circuit is reading neutral to ground 100. Air cleaner won't work until the electrical problem is fixed. Can't find a electrician to fix it. Please help. Thank you. No outlet, wired direct.
