If you have an electrical failure on a Mooney at 7500ft, have to descend to land, will your path be cleared?

I am at 7500ft. total electrical failure, but still have hydraulic control, if I descend to land at the nearest field (which I can, of course see off to the right) will the fields radar clear a path for me, remember I cannot squawk emergency, or state mayday. What is the procedure to follow on the approach, low and slow, or get on the deck ASAP?
