How much does it cost to get an electrical hook up to a rural home?

I'm looking at buying some rural property about 35 acres in colorado, the property has adjacent power and a "telephone line" runs in front of the property set backs are 150 feet in the county so I figure I'd have to run it that far. How much will this cost? Also I plan on buying the property and living in a travel trailer during construction is it possible to get the electrical hook up prior to the homes completion?
