How do you turn manual gauges to electrical?

I am doing a gauge swap in my 77 chevy - I am putting in a cluster from a K10 Blazer which has electrical gauges insted of the pressurized ones prior - any tips? ALSO anywhere I can get the cluster wiring schematic?
