How do you find electrical current when given electromotive force and resistance?

if the electromotive fore/voltage is 120 and electrical resistance is 10,000, how do you find the electrical current? Also if you have the electrical current= 100 and the electrical resistance= 30, how do you find the electromotive force/voltage?
