Is there a particular type of electrician who does circuit board type of wiring?

I'm guessing that the same person who does general house wiring isn't the same person who would fix the LED lights and digital display on my steam shower unit. Am I wrong? Who do I call? The company who made my steam shower isn't cooperating at all.
