I am renting my house and the landlord sent out a unlicensed electrician for repairs. What can I do to stop it?

I am renting my home, and have some electrical problems, and my landlord keeps sending out unlicensed electricians. What can I do to stop this. I love my home but am scared they are not qualified and my landlord said he wont hire anyone else.
