How much does it cost to hire an electrician to install NEW electrical outlets? A NEW phone jack?

I have an old house (built in 1891) and most walls are lathing and plaster. Also interested in finding the cost of installing ceiling fixtures, as the only lighting in bedrooms is from lamps. There IS a lightswitch routed to an outlet for the lamps. Located near Twin Cities, MN.
