What's the best extended cab or regular cab truck if it's being use has a work truck for an electrician?

Also why would it be a good work truck for an electrician and I was looking for a truck between 1995-2001? How much would you spend on? Which one would you get a extended cab or regular cab? I'm not self employed or a business owner and I work for an company
