What is the best sealant for sealing a metal electrical outlet base to concrete?

I removed an old light pole and installed an outdoor electrical outlet in its place. The base of the outlet is secured to the concrete with concrete screws. Now I want to make the base to concrete waterproof. I have some 3M Urethane and was thinking that might do the trick. Thanks.
