what does an electrician typically charge for installing an outlet for a dryer?

Should they offer a free estimate? The outlet for the washer is on the same wall. The washer is on the inside of the house, and the dryer would be on the back side of the wall. This wall is where a storage space is. Looking for someone trustworthy in the Hunt County, Texas area. Any ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
