We had an electrician come to our home and install Utilitech Xenon Puck Lights. Well, a few days after we had?

them installed they flickered on and off on their own. So we called the electrician and he said to call Utilitech and order another transformer for both sets of lights. What is your opinion on what we should do? Should the electrician handle this or should we? We paid several hundred dollars to have this installed which I think was rediculous...however, now we have these new lights and cannot enjoy them. What is your opinion please! Thank you.
