in which way does an electrician install romex to look so uniform and straight?

i am an experienced industrial electrician with knowldge in single-phase, as well, but i just dont understand how some guys can install so perfect-looking circuits with romex.... all of these are good answers and i do apprecite the help everyone. i am not going to choose a best answer in this case, because everyone has the best answer . thanks again, guys...
