If you hired an electrician to work at your house, would it matter what he was wearing?

Suppose you hired an electrician to do a service panel upgrade (60A fuses to 100A breakers). Keep in mind that it's winter, and he would need to do a lot of work outside. Suppose he was wearing a pair of pink snow/ski pants while doing the outdoor work. Would that matter to you?
