How do you get a start as an offshore electrician.?

I have been trying for some time now. It is what I really want to do. I have all the relevant courses under my belt. Companies want electricians with previous offshore experience. How can I gain the experience without a start. I have worked on an accommodation module onshore for 10 months as well.
