I have a degree in Electrical Engineering. While my work experience is mostly in radar systems, I have a strong understanding of power distribution. I would like to put my skills to work in helping to restore power to the people of Haiti. However, I'm not sure who to speak with to offer my services. Should it be the State Department? The Red Cross? The United Way? Who is actually in charge of restoring power in Haiti? I'm not looking for a job, just looking to help out. Thanks.
